Expense control, without the friction
We help businesses stop losing money to manual processes and scattered data - by building systems that actually track what's being spent and where.

Where Caxaqua started
Caxaqua was built in 2025 to address a specific gap - businesses that had outgrown spreadsheets but weren't ready for enterprise-level ERP systems.
Most expense problems aren't software problems. They're process problems. Receipts get lost, approvals happen over chat, and month-end closes take days longer than they should.
We work with each client directly - no account managers, no handoffs. You get a specialist who learns your setup, identifies where money is slipping through, and builds something that fits your actual workflow.
What the process looks like
Three stages, no templates - each engagement is shaped around what you're actually dealing with.
Diagnostic
We map your current expense flow - where data enters, where it stalls, and what's being tracked versus what's being guessed. Usually takes one or two sessions.
Build
We design and configure a system around your specific categories, approval chains, and reporting needs. No generic templates that need months of customisation afterward.
Refine
After the first real reporting cycle, we revisit. Things always look different once real data runs through the system, and adjustments at this stage matter a lot.
Small team, focused work
Caxaqua isn't a large agency. It's a tight group of specialists who prefer depth over volume - fewer clients, more attention per engagement.
Everyone on the team has worked directly inside finance or operations roles before moving into consulting. That background shapes how we approach problems - we're not guessing at what matters.
We're based in Ireland and work with clients across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Time zones are manageable; we've built async workflows that keep things moving without requiring everyone to be online at the same hour.
"Most clients come in thinking they need new software. Usually they need someone to look at the data they already have and figure out what it's actually saying."
"Expense tracking breaks at the edges - when teams are remote, currencies are mixed, or approval chains are informal. That's where we focus."
